Entry conditions: Devonshire Green

  1. The Management (Sheffield City Council) reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the Management.
  2. There is no pass out system for Devonshire Green. If you exit the venue you will have to queue again to re-enter.
  3. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.
  4. No alcohol is to be brought into the event. Only alcohol purchased on site may be consumed within event arenas. Alcohol may not be taken off site.
  5. No chairs or tables are to be brought into the event .
  6. Only plastic cutlery will be allowed into the event.
  7. No glass or tins will be allowed into the event.
  8. No BBQs or cooking stoves shall be allowed into the event.
  9. The Management retain the right to search all persons and property and refuse admission to, or eject from, the event any person who refuses to be searched by a Police Officer or authorised officer.
  10. No animals will be admitted into the event.
  11. The Event promoter and Management reserve the right to amend or make alteration to the published details of the event as shall become necessary.
  12. Neither the Promoter nor the Venue Management shall be responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought into the Venue, unless caused by the negligence of the Promoter or the Venue Management.
  13. The Management retain the right to restrict the use of cameras, video or any other form of recording equipment if deemed necessary.
  14. Upon entry to the event you give your express consent to the use of actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploration of any film, video and/or audio recording of this event.
  15. CCTV surveillance is in operation at the venue
  16. WARNING: The event may contain sound levels/effects which can cause injury to your hearing and may contain strobe lighting.

Entry to event areas shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these terms and conditions and implies an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them.
