The Gravy Train
For the uninitiated Poutine is a French-Canadian dish consisting of awesome rustic French Fries, the sexiest ‘squeakiest’ Cheese Curds and an absolutely killer Beef Gravy (or Mushroom Gravy if meat ain't your thing) that would make the staunchest food snob buckle at the knees and proclaim the second coming.
So here we are, the Gravy Train, all the way from Canada’s formidable mountain peaks to Sheffield’s somewhat more humble seven hills. Far from just ‘Le Classique’ they have all kinds of decadent and dirty toppings to load your Poutine; Mapled Bacon, Garlic Mushrroms, Deep-Fried Buffalo Chicken & Blue Cheese Sauce, Smoky Chorizo, Mapled Bacon, Cajun 'Slaw, Crispy Onions, Guacamole, Sour Cream... It.Don't.Let.Up.
Hot Wok Noodle Bar
Hot wok noodle bar a vibrant fast food concept specialising in providing affordable, fun and exciting oriental cuisine for people On the move.
Ivanhoe Classic Burgers
Ivanhoe will provide two stalls across the festival site, one specialising in burgers and one serving succulent giant sausages. These are no ordinary burgers, try a wild boar patty topped with chrizo or a Texan chilli burger topped with tortilla chips.
In addition to top-notch food providers. Tramlines festival has an array of real-ales representing Sheffield's vibrant micro-brewing community.
This includes a real ale bar at the main stage an on-site brewery at The Folk Forest from the Regather Co-Op and a beer tent from Sheffield Brewery Co-Op.
